Eyehuggers has collaborated with Italian artisan producer Feb 31st to bring you a range of absolutely exceptional wooden glasses - every aspect of these frames is handmade in Italy, each is unique.

The frame is comprised of 13 layers of sustainable, organically treated wood veneers cross grained (plywood style) to give you a strong but very light frame that you hardly notice you are wearing.
From the technicians who select and compress the multiple layers to the skilled women who painstakingly sandpaper the frames by hand to create a beautifully smooth finish - these really are a labour of love and we implore you to try them for yourself.

We  have primarily selected natural finishes of wood on the front and back surfaces with splashes of bright colour to pop between the layers as we feel this gives the best looking frames for you.

Don't think that artisan wood means an old fashioned design - quite the opposite. From the advanced computerised design techniques to the patented "easy glaze" lens fitting system, these frames are ultra modern.These wooden frames are also incredibly durable, even after years of wear your frame can be re-oiled and made 'good as new' creating a product of fantastic value too.
